What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Please contact us in advance if you need to store luggage, arrive early or request a late check-out.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Whether it is included depends on your booking. If it is not included, breakfast is CNY 20 per person; children may eat with their parents at no extra charge.
Which rooms have separate beds?
The Old Street Twin Room has two 1.2 m single beds. The Skylight Courtyard Twin Room has two 1 m single beds. Availability depends on your dates.
Which room can sleep four guests?
The Family Loft Room and Sycamore Coffee Loft can each sleep up to four guests. Both include stairs, so please consider mobility and young children before booking.
Are pets allowed?
Cats and dogs may stay only in four designated room types: Courtyard King Room, Waterside Balcony Room, Skylight Courtyard Twin Room and Sycamore Coffee Loft. Please contact us before booking. Pets must stay off beds and be kept on a lead in shared areas. No additional pet fee is charged, and service animals are welcome.
Is there parking at the homestay?
There is no private on-site parking. Public car parks are available nearby, but spaces, fees, charging points and access may change. Please check the current guidance before arrival.
How do I change or cancel a booking?
Please use the platform where you made the reservation for changes, cancellations and refunds. The homestay team can help with arrival, check-in and on-site questions.
Can I order a Chinese meal?
Booked guests may request a Chinese meal for the restaurant or ask whether room delivery is available. Orders require at least five diners and should be placed at least one day ahead. Availability and menu items must be confirmed.

Getting to 146 Dadou Road

From Hangzhou East Railway Station, take the metro towards Xiangji Temple Station on Line 3. Check the current transfer route on the day.

Use Exit C at Xiangji Temple Station. The homestay is about 300 metres away.

Allow around 8 minutes on foot via Xiangji Temple Road and the square south of the temple. Use live navigation for the final lane.
